Layne Norton- Back on the platform!

biolayne- @acvargas_tsc told me RPE 8 for my 3rd attempt but this felt more like RPE 6.5-7. Could have easily tripled it! Pain free 260kg/573lbs. No one will ever know how much this means to me. It's not even close to a PR but after 2 disc bulges/herniations in my neck AND lower back as well as a torn muscle in my hip... it took me almost 2 years to get back but I never stopped showing up. I'm BACK!!! And by nationals I'll be ready to give them hell!
155kg/341 lb bench.
Pulling 300kg for the win. Ended up with a 715kg/1576lb total, not even close to a PR but probably one of my most rewarding. Won the 105kg class and went 9/9. Building on this now. And most importantly... pain free!
