I would like to invite everyone to the WABDL® - Great Lakes Regional Bench Press and Dead Lift Championships to be held in Lansing, MI on July 19, 2008.
This meet is held at the Holiday Inn South Convention Center (http://www.hislansing.com/) which is a supurb venue. The rooms are reasonably priced, neat and clean with an in-facilty restaurant and plenty of places to eat nearby.
Last year we had around 80 lifters. This year we are hoping for over 100.
