Comments: This is a notice to all lifters who broke USPF American Records at the Nationals this past July. I would like to extend my congratulations to all those who trained hard and obtained their goals of an American Record. However, I would like to apologize for the delay in receiving your record certificates. As I was newly appointed Records Chairman on July 9, 2009, any and all pertinent information has not yet been transferred to me. As soon as I have received the records and application forms, I will see to it that they are sent to those lifters immediately. In the event that you receive any record certificates now they will be considered invalid and will not be posted.
I am presently working on a new process that will allow these certificates to be presented to the lifters at the Nationals, which would eliminate this waiting process.
