Comments: The California Summertime Push/Pull & BBQ will offer single-lift competition in the bench press and deadlift in addition to presenting awards to the top five Push/Pull finishers by formula for those lifters who choose to do both events. Single-lift records may be set at this meet. One entry fee of $40 for one or both events. After the event, we will be hosting a BBQ for all lifters who compete to enjoy with friends and family.
