The Chickahominy YMCA Bench Press Classic serves as one of our fundraisers Planting Seeds of Hope.
This campaign provides financial assistance for individuals and families who need program assistance. these programs include Chilecare, Summer Camp, Wellness Services, Youth Sports programs and Swimming Programs. There will be sculptured awards given out to the top five in each weight class. Devisions are Raw and Assisted. in the Assisted category you can wear two ply bench shirts. Also there will be a Sorinex bench on the platform along with Ivanko plates, Texas power bar and carpeted platform. All are welcomed. If therea re any questions please contact me.
