Help is needed on Thursday, July 24th for an international and national powerlifting competition for disabled athletes. There are lifters coming from all over the United States and world. I am in need of your help. I am looking for volunteers who are experienced lifters and will be able to be spotters and to rack weights. I have officials also from around the world coming and it will be an IPC certified competition. I highly reccommend anyone who loves to lift to join us. You will be amazed at the strength of these athletes.
Having experienced lifters will help this competition run smoothly. We are lifting from 12:00 to 10:00 PM the first weigh-in at 10:00AM.
Please contact me if you are able to help for any part of this competition. I will need several volunteers throughout the event.
