Both had very solid years. However, Panora clearly had the better year, defeating both at the two IPA Pro-Am's and hitting higher totals in both the 242 and 275 weight classes.

Greg Panora had two big years of good totals and lifts. 07-08. He's clearly #1.

For me its Andy Bolton - not like those guys who cant squat deeper then 5 inches over parallel ^^

But no doubt, frankl, panora, grandick and so on are extremly strong..
