Tony Conyer's squat was done in an APA meet with double ply gear, not raw.

Removed. It was placed there in error.

Thank you.

What about Jon Grove's 810 RAW? His was legit, and he was 50 lbs lighter than Searcy. I think if you're putting a SHW RAW squat up there to vote on it should be the best one of the year, and that was Jon Grove's!!

Bodyweight has not been looked at as a factor beyond weight class for the purposes of these awards. So a 182 pound lifter is the same as a 198 pound lifter when considering their lifts. It's a good question about whether it should be though. The problem is tracking actual weights versus weight class. It's much harder, and in some instances, just not possible.

What about Wei Ling Chen's 207.5kg squat at 52kg which she made look extremely easy at IPF worlds?

A great squat for sure but nowhere near the 490 pound IPF World Record. Filimonova, Potselueva, and Zaugolova all surpassed existing IPF World Records in 2008.

What a joke, Olech with 11% of the votes...

How is a 903 @ 242 and 914 @ 275 included and not Belyaev's 903@220? (even then I think he weighed 92kg there)

It was an oversight. Although late, it's been included.

Jessica O'Donnell- 610 squat at about 210
