Al Caslow Training Footage

Here is training footage of Al Caslow, 165, and other SOS gym members, preparing for the WPC World Championships. The Championships kick off today in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Caslow will compete head-to-head with Brian Schwab for the WPO Lightweight crown, as well as for the 165 class gold medal. In their last meeting, in August, they dueled to a tie, with Schwab winning on bodyweight.

In the video, Caslow squats 825 pounds and 875 pounds with reversed bands.

That guy is a huuskie little guy and stroooong!!! Al bring your hair clippers I need a haircut!!

Good luck Al, training looks good. Looking forward to seeing that 700+ pull.

Good luck guys go represent the KC area you are all looking strong. Ken Ufford

He's not a "name" in powerlifting, but I want to point out that Ryan Moody, the kid deadlifting 405 at the beginning of the video, is in high school and has only been training with SOS for a couple months. I personally saw him struggle to triple 225 on one of his first workouts there, so major props to him for the progress and busting his ass like he has.

Al, those squats are flying.

Gabe Falcon is so erect when he squats, it's perfection. His squat is going to bust through the roof with that kind of form.

Great video of your crew training. Good luck to everyone competing.

Putt Houston.... now with more Bom Chicka Wahwahhhhhh
