That 690 DL was ridiculously fast! Great lifting.

All I watched were the deads, and they were sweet as sugar! Congrats!

Bob, if you're reading this, what are some of the things you did to help you progress so fast? I'd be very interested in knowing. Thanks for your time.

I competed up to 1995, then I didn't squat or deadlift for about 11 years. So most of the quick progress was just getting myself back to where I was these past 2 years. I had totaled 1940@220 in 1995 at USPF Jr Nationals. I've put my training log on www.usapowerliftingforum.com for this past meet. Feel free to email me beucker12@hotmail.com if you have any further questions.

Great lifting in a meet that is well known for being strict. All your lifts looked clean and with a lot of power.

Bob is a dl machine. I met him at the NOTLD and he is a freak. He pulled 770 there. He is the second alternate for the Arnold DL show and I fully expect him to make the short list next year. He is a very nice guy as well. Cool to see that is a great all around lifter as well. I look forward to having you down next year.

Congrats Bob, also I'm a big fan of your work in Major League. bet you've never heard that one before.
