personally to me its a good lift but i have to notice this is suppose to be a strict competition? thought belly benching was not allowed and he wasnt completely locked out.... like i said the bench if fine by my standards..

what do you guys think?

I dont see much video footage of lifts made in any fed and under any rules that dont attract criticism from someone. This is a tired debate. If the Judges are happy and the lifter has pride for our sport and feels in their heart of hearts that it was a good lift then I think they should get a pat on the back, not the BULLSHIT nit pickin' that seems fashionable these days. And whats all the fuss about Belly Benchin'? You guys that say this shit should go back to readin' FLEX.

It's a rule.

You know, rules, those things that keep standards enforced and competition objective? Or are those not mentioned in FLEX?

There's talking... and then there's powerlifting.

Holy fuck!

First off, ya nameless cunt, when I said go back to readin' Flex, I meant it for all the clueless fuckers out there, who should be reading comics, not involved in Powerliftin'. Fuck me, no wonder its in such a state when dumb twats like you dont understand fuckin' irony. I hate Flex and all that mainstream advertising that sells it. Sadly Powerlifting USA is heading that way too. And when I talk of Belly Benchin' Im on about da truly big boys who dont have to thrust there skinny abs in the air cos there so fuckin huge thats where the bar sits naturally. That aint breakin no rules! And yeah, there is talkin and Powerliftin', good job I can do both!
