Does anyone have video of LB Bullins' raw 480? He smoked it!

Did LB Bullins try for 500 after he did 480? He has been around 480 for about a year. Last year he did 475@220 and now this year he did 480@220. I think that last year he had his bodyweight at 215 and this year his bodyweight is 205. It sounds like he is stuck in a plateau and cant get over that mental barrier to hit 500. Has he been injured or anything? His form is still probably very bad when he trains which is why he cant get over that mental barrier to hit 500 in competition. I remember when he did 475 in competition, he was doing 550 in the gym b/c of his bad form. His gym bench was 75 pounds more then his competition bench and that shows you how bad his form is when he trains. A lifter with good form with usually be a 20 pound difference when comparing their gym bench and competition bench. He really needs to work on his form to hit 500.

Great job Michael!! You are STRONG and a class act.

He smoked 500 also but he raised his butt slightly and got 2 reds.

IBP has been around for over 10 years.

Very popular in the southeast.

What I have noticed is that they have only held meets in a couple of towns in NC and one town in SC.

The IBP ambition is to go nationwide though. Their Marketing Director, James Lopes, has asked that anyone wanting to bring Ironboy to their state to contact him

IBP has held meets in NC locations such as Winston Salem, Pfafftown, Rockingham, Mocksville, Statesville, Asheville, Shelby, Lawndale, and Henderson. They have also been in SC many times in Spartanburg and Seneca.
The IBP has been a huge success everywhere they have been. I'm sure they will eventually move to other states. I'm sure if anyone wanted to shcedule an IBP meet in their area they would be more than happy to talk to you about it.
