EXCELLENT JOB CAROL ANN!!!

595 is right around the corner. We are all waiting for you to get it.

Good work carol. Ill see you and bobby in a few weeks.

Carol Ann had a Great meet.
She left plenty on the platform in the squat and the deadlift! She was off on the bench!
Still a Great squat at 146 lbs (5'6)....

Christina Hart, (Carol Ann's training partner) has only been lifting for eight months, pulling 400 @ 131 (5'5)

There will be Bigger things to come from both of these Ladies!!!!

Congratulations to you both!
Great lifting!!!

Carol, that 575 looked easy! Looked like you had another 30-50lbs. in you!

Mad props for the 575. Kick the 590 in the nizzads and hit 6 bills.

Peace

Was this RAW or with gear? I noticed she is listed in the RAW rankings not the equipped ones. How come she is not listed in the equipped rankings?

you think a 148 pound women smoked a 575 let alone any woman? probably all geared about probably squats 405 raw is she's lucky.... which is unreal for a woman let alone a 148 pound woman... but come on how could even think 575 raw is possible?

Carol Ann was equipped at the SPF World's but also hold's Raw Rankings as well.

She's got more in her! Can't wait to see it!

lmao in powerlifting these days there's more than one way to take that headline. no offense meant to the lifter in question, don't know anything about her or how she squats, i just saw the headline and thought it was funny.

Wow Carol: I just saw your numbers. I am very impressed... You Go Girl !!!

I think this guy thought she hit the third highest squat of all time period........LOL!!!!

I resently saw a post on Fortified Iron congratulating her for winner a figure show.

Is this the same Lady???
If so, I'd bet she is the strongest NPC Figure competitor in the World!!!!

jesus christ if you guys are too thick to see the play on words with the term highest squat in a startup multiply fed it's probably not even worth trying to explain it to you.

Yes, she is the same person!

In 2008, she walked out and squated 400 @ 147 raw (while traing and dieting) to compete in the NPC Lee Haney Challenge figure show.

Then won the over 40 class at the NPC Steel World show.

Now squatting this huge squat and totaling 1320 @ 146.

If we could just get her bench up, she'd be pretty well rounded as a muscle/strength athlete!
She benches 245 raw, and only got 270 in a shirt!

Anyway, Congratulations Carol Ann!
Great lifting and a Great year!

Thanks, from us both.

Carol Ann, it was great to meet you and even better to be mentioned in the same sentence with you in the other post on here.

For those that have not met Carol Ann, she is not only a great lifter, but also very down to earth and funny as hell. I wish I could have heard a few more stories. Hope to see you all next year.
