APT has the best wraps in the game. I use the Convict wraps for bench and Phantom wraps for squatting(they are softer wraps but you can really crank them super tight. I feel you get more rebound that way. for me).

He did it appears from his log on his own site. I don't know why elite would drop him as he did a ton for that site and his log was easily one of the best over there.

mark got dropped, he had no input on the decision. cant fault a guy like Dave Tate for dropping somebody who cant wait to break it off in him.
