Adam Zehr Benches 325 Lbs Raw

Adam Zehr, 132, bench pressed 325 pounds raw on Saturday at the USAPL New York State Powerlifting Championships at Albany Strength Gym in Albany New York. The lift ties him for first in the Powerlifting Watch Lifter Rankings. Zehr also hit his 300 pound opener and 315 pound second attempt. Zehr will next compete in November at the 100% RAW Bench Press World Championships. Following is video of Zehr's lifts:

how does no arch make it better? Sounds like a troll to me. Nevertheless, strong bench
