that's a belly bench

Impressive very nice lifts.

that is more of a belly bench than siders

hopefully they will call him out at the national meets... that is the whole point of having world records set at only certain meets

Very strong Marcus although I have to agree with some of the other posts. That would have been tough to pass at Worlds.

Damn that's a short stroke.

Ok, first of all I agree that it was a questionable lift. It was done at a local meet and the judging may have been loose.

I am however not to worried about this since I´m pretty experienced when it comes to getting lifts passed at major events. I´ve competed at 21 meets where there has been international referees and only in one of those 21 meets have I´ve bombed due to benching to low. In my last 30 meets I´ve bombed twice.

But I guess we´ll find out pretty soon how it goes. I´m competing at Swedish Nationals in 6 weeks and I´m going for WR in the 242 lbs class and I can assure you that there will be no gifts on that meet.

By the way, the reason for the bar touching low was because I used the Super Katana and man was it hard to get anything to touch!

u like it worth buying

Very strong lift but
still a belly bench

Marcus,
Man that was strong. You will get that figured out(Katana) before November and crush the 242 record. Good luck!! Scott

Your a beast.
