That was some solid lifting. Squats to depth (1st looked below parallel, not sure what was wrong with that one), benches and dealifts locked out. Best multi-ply lifting I've seen in a while. Congrats mark!

Awesome lifting Mark.

Good to see you get you squats in after the pro-am misses.

Good lifting!

Powerlifting's ambassador to the Bears.

I could actually hear his thigh cellulite squeeze through the leg openings of his squat suit. Bleck!

Nice job, Mark!

Superfats huh Mark. Very interesting. Nice lifting. I look forward to meeting you at the Olympia.

Good lifting Mark! Enjoyed talking to ya via the phone and talking training for high schoolers! Best of luck to you!

Thanks for the support.
I love powerlifting because no matter how good or bad I do I walk away going fuck, I have a lot of work to do.

Mike T helped me squeek out a small DL PR and Rob Luyando has been helping with the bench. The bench feels very strong just need to get the weights to touch a little faster.

Nice squat and deadlift! Don't be telling anyone that I am helping you on the bench your numbers are going backwards. And Hunter said to say "Hi Jack Ass!"

I am not sure what the hell Ray Charles (in the posts above) is looking for in the squats but they were no way near deep! All attempts were high so why did they red one and pass another?

The benches not touching, but am I missing something, has the sport eliminated the pause in the bench press now a days?

Only deadlift that looked OK was the 600 and the 722 was hitched and knees were not locked?

But what can you expect from a UPA meet... oppps that slipped out!

Just played the vid several times, and wow non of the benches touched, The no pause is not even an issue if the bar doesn't even frigging touch your chest!!! . Way to go guys. Congratulations.

Hey, you are the guy off Bigger, Stronger, Faster* huh? That's cool as shit. Bad ass lifts btw. 900 pounds is heavy as shit, man.

I actually watched that movie. It was good. I'm actually a raw and drug free lifter and don't plan to change that.

There's talking... and then there's powerlifting.

Idk what others say. These lifts are clean. Yeah, personally there's work but what the hell.

On a side note, great job Mark!

nice job mark. scrong lifts.

Mark congrats! I thought my head was big tell I saw yours! WOW!! lol

Nice lifting for a young fat punk. Ever thought about taking hydroxycut? OFD.

Long live the champ.

You have a serious problem with multi ply lifting. Tuscherer posted vids where he squatted inches above parallel and you said he was "barely high", Mark is clearly below parallel on the passed squat and you still claim them to not be deep enough?

You either have a weird affection for Mike, which I care to not know about, or your just plain ignorant.

Al Coslaw

Yes I am pretty ignorant, but that does not change the fact that those fucking squats posted above were high and even for a multi ply lifter should have been red lighted as in RED!

Now I have no problem with multi ply lifting but I do have a problem with ass holes who bullshit everyone that bogus fucking lifting is good, just so when they lift then it too will be passed!

mark Bell, Billy Bob, Mr Fucking Magoo, I could careless who it is, if they post a vid and the lifts are shit then they are shit!

God damn dude even with the angle of the video (that was in an up angle, gave a advantage to the squat hight and still they were high. He even got REDS on one, which was the same as the one they passed!

As for Mike T, so now even for a split second comparing his lifts at a lower class to that of a 300 plus pounder with multi ply and mono lift and very very shady judging? I guess I am not the only ignorant jackass out there!

P.S. The only thing that was parallel was the bottom of his thigh, ( now watch who goes back and look) it sure was not his top, which , when I last looked it read in the rule book!

have a nice day.

Tim,

Why are you so hurtful?
I have feelings you know....
I guess you don't understand how sensitive I am?

I like to lie about my lifts and cheat so I can tell people how tough I am. The sad truth is that I am weak and I'm covering up for my other short commings in life.

More crying....

Great lifting Mark!

Mark I dont know you personally but have lifted in a few meets you and Cartwright were at. The squats and everyting else got that red lighted desereved it except maybe the 1st squat didnt see a whole lot wrong with it but I wasnt in the chair so my call doesnt count.Does everyone on here see a trend that the elite lifters all encourage each other or poke harmless fun but nothing is never said negative hmmmmmmm maye there is a lesson in there somewhere to be learned? Amyway great lifting and the next time I see you I will come up and introduce myself. On a side note can have a better teacher or guy than Luyando in your corner.

that was supposed to read CANT have a better teacher or guy than Luyando in your corner, Sorry Rob, bloated fingers and keyboards go together like lace on a bowling ball
