awsome raw bench. congratulations

Congrats Jim on an outstanding lift. All the hard work is paying off.

Thanks! I weighed in at 214.6 in clothes...after stopping at McDonald's for a Sausage, egg & cheese McGriddle meal and some drinks. It was my 2nd attempt and went up pretty easy actually. I missed 460 on my third due to poor form on my part at the chest-triceps handoff. ...back to the drawing board on that! :)

Nice Jim!! Congrats. Your moving up every meet.

Way to go JIM!

460 will be your 2nd attempt next time.

God Bless!

Way to go, Jim! It was an AWESOME lift! I was so glad I could be there to cheer you on!

Thanks! I used Chris Mason's 30lbs in 30 days bench routine as a 4 week peaking cycle for the meet. In a nutshell, I went from a 460 TNG/gym lift to *barely missing 460 in-comp...I figure that works out to about a 20lb swing...not bad for 30 days.

Jim great job!!!! thanks for your encouragement i just couldnt get my 450lbs lifted and thats usually a safe weight for me.but Toledo awaits!!!
