Big Willie. What is your email? Lost it and want to get in touch with you.

Huh. The 2nd DL attempt looked good from here. I wonder why it got nixed

Those squats were deep as shit! I'm not sure what was wrong with 2nd dead-lift either?

He rebent his knees at the top of his 2nd dead. It looked really strong though.

Great lifting AJ and good to see you again.

I didn't feel my 2nd should have got red lights but as I said in my log John Bott and Bob Youngs did and awesome job all day and if they say it was no good then it was no good.

Jeremy check your email brother.

Started training with Mikesell early 04, went from single ply to canvas and briefs, took my body weight from 200-275, didn't drink, smoke or party, and trained my ass off.

I was thinking the SAME THING. I saw one of your 04 vids and I thought it was someone COMPLETELY different! Great lifting and great improvement!
