Awesome lifting Chris.

Great Job CT!

That bench was locked out???

He ended in the same position he started at; Chris's arms are so short that the appearance can be deceiving.

Sorry Chris: I had to use the "short" word.

nice lifting dude looks thick as hell

The bench was a tough call. Judges say good so there it is. On the Dead, WHY DO PEOPLE RAISE THEIR HANDS UP before the dead? I see lots of folks doing it, and it doesn't seem to be a Jesus thing. Any help on that one?

Hey wow can't believe Im getting props here I was like 1115th in the 242's

Jim thanks for the clarification on the arms thing :) miss ya yu big sasquatch...

The arms up thing on deads ,,, well I cant speak for everyone but for me it is a Jesus thing :)
and since you brought it up ...

PRAISE GOD !!!!!!

CT

The bench was locked out, the side spotter when to rack the weight on the rack call and he lifted it up higher than the other side so it looks like it was not locked out but they were actually in the process of racking the weight...you could clearly see it locked out in person and videos are deceiving

Nice job Chris. I remember when you told me you couldn't deadlift, it doesn't look that way now brother. That was a nice pull.

Way to go Chris .....The "spirit"of Iron Island lives on ! Was it so long ago that some punk teen was spottin` me ? A real inspiration ....What knuckleheads - anyone can see the spotter on the right was not in sync with the one on the left causing the bar to dip AFTER LOCKOUT .................Good to see all those benching tips I gave you worked ! lol.............Pat Susco Brooklyn

It's typically to get the suit set properly over your shoulders and upper back so that the suit can best force you into the proper lockout position.

Alot of the older deadlifters felt this stretched out your rib cage making your arms longer.

Chris still had ahold of the bar when the spotter picked it up so lockout was about 3 inches higher. Sorry very strong though.

That's allright, CT has been asking Santa for longer arms for years!!

Great job CT!!

Great job CT. Definitely looked like you had a 700 pull in you. Once you got that thing moving it was done!

No squat video???????

Chris, it was nice to meet you this weekend, even when you had a little more weight to drop, you were very cheerful,LOL!

Great job this weekend!

Chris, it was nice finally meeting you in person. Great lifting! Oh, and whoever said he was thick, you aren't kidding! The guy's forearms are as big as my legs.

We were unable to get a squat video because we were coaching him at the time.

Nice job CT!
