Here's some deadlifting footage from July at Bay State Gym in Worcester, Massachusetts. Included is Fred Peterson pulling 680 pounds at the age of 70. Also included are 700 pound pulls by Al Bianchi and Frank Howard.

What a great video. I love all the yelling of encouragement in the background. That is what it is all about! 680 @ 70!! Wholly crap, and with no belt?! Looks like a great place to workout!

I am absolutely astounded by Fred Peterson ! when I raved to Gus Rethwisch about the recent cover of PL USA with Fred doing 650..Gus said Fred Plans to do 700 at 70 at the WABDL Worlds --well here he IS already with 680--WOW !! Mind Boggling !!!

I think I just found the gym and people I was looking for. Awesome lifts. Al is the man. He lifted off for me a couple months back and I hit 400 raw and he was the reason. Thanks again AL.

Great pulling going on in that gym. I've been bragging Fred up every since I saw him go 640 at 69. Fred's a true inspiration. Al's 700 was pretty sweet too.
