he tell me that plates on the bar was a thick and when he try to squat 451kg, bar was like a rubber stick. So because of it he can't make new National Record in squat

1) the names in the right are lifter's coach? Many seems to be trained by this Деханов А.С. (Dekhanov A. S.??)

2) there is only a lifter trained by B.I. Sheiko, and only a pair of lifters from Ufa/Bashkortostan. Why this?

1) Yes it's a names of coaches/

Aleksanser Dekhanov - one of the best Russian coaches. He works in Irkutsk. His best lifters: Tesleva, Murashova, Govorin, Lebedko.

2) Bopris Ivanovich Seiko till 2007 was a cheaf coach of Russian men National team.
In Ufa located one of the best training base in Russia.
Today Boris Sheiko is on vacations, and still cheaf coach of Bashkortostan. After him in Ufa today works his pupils (Rif Gadiev, Fanil Mukhamatianov etc.)

I'm using sheiko routine with glad, but i'd like to study something more.
