I weighed in at 258

Great lifting Rob.

Congrats again Rob!!!!!!

As I said to you previously, you are a premier bencher and and a stand up human being. Great seeing you again and hope to be on the platform again wit hyou soon.

strong and steady, nice lifting.

Congrats Rob. It was a pleasure to meet you and your wife Shelly.

Crazy ass benching. I don't get the pound for pound strongest bencher on the planet though.

There are quite a few guys in the lower weight-classes that are quite a bit higher "pound for pound".

Great benching Rob!

sean frankl, jason fry, brad heck, Markus Schick, joe mazza, Joe Ceklovsky

"pound for pound" are putting up higher.

Rob has the absolute most superior ability to "grind" out lifts in the bench game today. Nice fuckn lifts bro

Frankl is the man any way you look at it. Me I'm just and average joe

Rob that was insane!!! Really awesome work

I can't imagine the endurance needed to do that. Most benches take 3 or so seconds so for you to be able to exert that sort of effort over at least TWICE that long is unreal. Extremely impressive

Looks like Rob is damn near benching flat footed now....

Rob has to be one of the lightest persons to bench 850. 258 lbs.... great job Rob.

Rob is the lightest man on the planet to supermax 850 ala rep it for more than 1 rep. Super lifting Rob Luyando! 850 for 2 ground out reps! You're undoubtedly the best at this.

Rob you're not only one of the greatest bench pressers the world has ever seen but you're very humble as well !

Supermaxing 850 x 2 is crazy! You're the best power repper too there's no doubt about it.

To grind out 850 lbs x 2 is the most extreme bench pressing I've ever seen! A 1 rep takes a few seconds but you held and punched this weight up for 3 times that long.

This sets you in stone as one of the best of the best of all time.

Luyando's your a monster and class act and in know way an average Joe,you say's exactly whats on your mind, I can't remember who you were referring to but you wrote "he's just as big of an asshole as the rest of us, he just hides it better" still the funniest quote ever.

awsome work rob. to grind out one like that with that weight is great, but two! congrats

great job Rob

No excuses! Just lift it!

Awesome benching Rob! Congrats!

Awesome benching Rob! It looks like you dug deep to complete 2 @ 850.

Grinding out one rep is great but 2 reps with that much weight is unbelievably extreme.

The more I watch this Superlifting competition the more I'm impressed. 800 x2 followed by 850 x2 again!

Rob Luyando you are fantastic!

I think these are the most positive bunch of comments ive seen on a thread keep it up! Nice work rob.

Maybe my math isnt so good but what Rob has done over the last couple of years is amazing. I meant no disrespect to the lighter guys.

Rob, I was side spotting for you and watching you bench was just sick! Completely amazing performance bro!

Great job, something for everyone to aspire to!

Thanks everyone for the positive fedback. I willsay that I am somewhat disapointed in the anoms for not trashing this post. LOL! This was the most fun I have had at a meet ever. Looking forward to the Olympia
