I was wondering why he was pulling with the wires flapping around all awkward and shit, then I heard the background music. I typically never pay attention to the music in the gym but that shit is a deadlift killer.

Nice lifting. Yo, John, run those wires through your shirt and wrap the excess around your player. They can be dangerous when they hang like that. I snagged mine once on an Erlenmyer flask in the lab and sent it crashing to the floor. Luckily it was empty.
