I'm sure everyone knows by know but I've got to say it here again. This was an awesome meet with tons of great lifters and great people! The comraderie at APF meets is inspiring and is maybe 'the' greatest asset of the federation. Garry Frank may have outdone even his previous high standards for how to run a meet! To all of the lifters, staff and judges; Thank you! It was a great experience!

I have noticed that isn't any video of below paralell squats, only the very clear white lighjted bad squat. Could you put some up?

What does video matter? Unless it shows some lifter's ass hitting the platofrm, there will always be some "Anonymous" poster finding something wrong with it. Go to the meets and see for yourself.

Lol that is about the best responce I have read on this forum. I think if your going to bitch and moan atleast show up and show some support.hey if you don't participate no one care when you complain even more so if you don't have a name.

I lifted in this meet and the judging was GREAT! I really liked how the judges get in the best position to see the depth. They are only a couple feet away from the lifter so they can easily tell if i lifter is not getting depth.
