Anybody know if this is instructional (ie., we get to have an understanding of how BigIron trains the bench press) or if it is more video footage of gym lifts?

a training session worth.. about 40 minutes of the guys lifting off boards from beginning to end. No template possible from the footage but you see what a day looks like for each individual.
