2100 raw is enormous.

Pretty good chance that our Ryan Spencer will total around 1400 @ 165 raw.

No excuses! Just lift it!

Beau biggest raw total, I think; is 2077. He did 2033 injured at the Raw Unity meet. He had about a 2 sq. ft. bruise down his hip and thigh at the meet where he'd fallen down a flight of stairs a few days before if I remember right. If he's 100% I think he can hit the 2100.

The 275 class is probably only going to have Hirnonen in it. Midote is at about 140kg. and I am going to be around 279-280 for the meet. I still think Hirvonen will break hid current record. I bet he hits 738.

after watching the last worlds i think wade hooper has fallen a bit.i have been told on good authority that wade contributed his performance to the sheiko style of training and is in the process of rethinking his approach to peaking for a contest.

I am going to throw out a few predictions. Beau is strong enough to go 2100+ but won't because of USAPL judging is tough. Gilly will hit 881, but not 900+. My bet for "The moment" is Cieri going over his WR. He may hit 650! JT getting a WR would not surprise me at all. Mike Hara is a freak, but the WR at 165 is in another stratosphere. Ribic is the best but does so many meets that it will work against her here. Belk is scary strong, but 2000 is big. I say close. Fredrick is strong as heck, but Siders is the Man. Mike T. is going to be the man some day but not the first time he deals with Tony. TC is way too good. Hoop is good, but he won't out wilks the field. And after todays workout and weigh in I am not going to roll over to Marcus, but he is rolling. Slade

As for me I´d be happy just to make the 275 class, after only one day in the USA my bwt has already gone up 6 lbs to 272 and rising. I thought i was in control of my bwt, but obviously that is not the case. American junkfood seem to spoil my plan of being able to touch with a light opener.

Marcus, why do you think I am always overweight?! How do you say no to cheeseburgers and fries?! A slice of pie or better yet chocolate chip cookies. It sure makes it tough. As for the 275, it will be close but probably over. To beat you I need to bench what you have been lately and that only happens in the gym on my fattest and best days.
