No excuses! Just lift it!

Very cool piece Robert! You remind me of my oldest friend, bodybuilder Danny Harbison. He looks like a cross between Hulk Hogan and Brian Bozeworth. The last thing you'd ever think he would be into is writing and illustrating children's book! Like him; you are a big strong man with an even bigger stronger heart! Congrats on the TV feature and for being the world's strongest 65 year old! Awesome!...By the way! I'm a big fan of Santa Claus...it's a cool look! LOL!

Mastermonster ! Thanks for that great comment, This short piece was a great all around capsule of what a guy who never gives up, can get on the bar eventually...

I really owe the woman who wrote and voiced it...a new car.

Luckily her husband will object, so I'll make it a bottle of Fat Bastard Wine (import) so that if they lose the card in delivery...at least she'll 'suspect' who it came from.

Thanks for the info on your friend Harbison..I'll check his work on Google.

and to JON, thanks for running this on Powerlifting Watch ..positive stuff like this doesn't happen every day !

Good lifting Robert. This just shows you that the HEART is the last thing to age. I got that from Rocky. Ha.. But it is true from many people out there..

Awesome stuff, Robo - way to go!!!

Way to go bro, getting better with age... funniest powerlifter in the world.

Thanks everyone, your comments encourage me greatly ! your kind words are much appreciated !
