Kara did the APF Alabama at 148 and was awesome! She said she's coming back this year! She set the All-time 148 women's bench record at 418 lbs. and broke the Am. Squat record wearing only breifs, belt and wraps!...OK! and a singlet! Kara is the all-time class act!

sad no one looks at laura phelps total by formula best total in the world at any weight has 10 x bw total in 2 weight classes only woman in the world to do that holds total world record 2 weight classes crushed squat records by over 100lbs 2 weight classes and has a world record bench at 181 that is only second to a shw becca all woman on here are great lifters but clear who deserves this but wont get the votes

Almost all of Laura's big lifts were done in the highPA or the WPO (let any lift pass). She is a great squatter and bencher, but a terrible deadlifter.

HER BENCH ACTUALLY DID A REVERSE THEN BACK UP AND THEY GAVE IT TO HER, I THINK IT WAS A 2 INCH BENCH CAUSE OF HER ARCH.

This is best female lifter *of 2007*. All of these ladies have a resume, but what has each one achieved this year? Jessica O'Donnell's world record 597 at the Women's Gateway Open Championship comes to mind...

She is a great lifter, but RIBIC did 556 world record + all time record, pulled 556 in two weight classes, best lifter at nationals, the Panams, Northamericans, medalist at IPF worlds. Amazing year for her.

Jon maybe in the future to stop all these bad mouths. Maybe you should put a little list on what these people did threw out the year! A little bit more trouble but it would help to see what they all did, its hard to vote when u only know what 1 or 2 lifters did.
