No excuses! Just lift it!

Awesome at any age! Nice lifting! Junior! WOW!

All of you "powerlifters" who want to see the BIG IRON BOYS (and Becca) lift raw or in a real fed, are outta your mind. Be happy they lift where they do, cause if they lifted in your fed none of you would have a chance. every meet you all would attend you would go home empty handed. Look at the lifters coming outta NE. Brad Heck THE best 181er ever in the benchpress, and Frankl THE best 198er over all, Richie Briggs is still a Jr. lifter and is knocking on the door of 900 in the bench. All of you "haters" need to pray to whoever it is that you pray to and thank them for the UPA, and AFT, for if it weren't for them BIG IRON GYM you been sending you all home in tears.

Keep up the great work Brad, Richie, Frankl (X2), Grandick and the rest of the crew, you guys are what a team powerlifting are all about. Cheers!!
