I know how you feel. Excellant benching Lisa !

Great lifting!! Anyone heard from or seen Liz Willet lift lately? She was putting up some nice numbers and then seemed to disappear?

Speaking of ethereal, how about SPS, #2 on the list. A very good school-girl career, then nothing. Then, out of nowhere, a 500+ lb. bench, then... (crickets). No posts, no video, no more meets...nothing.

Doesn't anybody know her? Any training vids or even reports? Maybe she hooked up with Glen Chabot on Planet Funk. Maybe both of them are learning at the foot of Isaac Nessar, or whatever that dude's name is/was....

Yup. bench big and poof? where is liz willett. she was also squatting huge when last seen.

is she injured, retired, or just disgusted with ipf? she doesn't answer her emails...

galina karpova's on ipf suspension, busted in ye great raid. probably show up somewhere else in a triple ply with becca lol.

i'm surprised to see any of the benches from before the great bench shirt upgrades still stand, makes me think those are the truly great benchers - sizemore et aliae, from before the triple ply whoopty steel belted radial stuff hit..

soon everybody's sister will be benching 500...it's lost meaning. waiting for the next "innovation", the GROOVE BRA...for both genders. "additional pectoral support".

Liz Willett, now I believe Liz Storm, did a USAPL meet earlier this year.

it's "lizabeth storm" - maiden name I believe, perhaps divorced now? (it's a guess, don't take that as gospel).

i do recall seeing what looked like a minimal qualifier (for her) for usapl nationals but i don't remember seeing her on the results for women's nationals or on the world team. I remember wondering when i saw that total if she was injured or had been out of the gym for a while, it was significantly off her usual total. somewhere around 1050 I think.

so I guess that's why I wonder which way she went, I did try to email her and her email wasn't working (again). I hope she will return to the platform soon in her usual strong way and leave any challenges she may have outside of lifting behind.

ironically, the big russian who gave liz fits at worlds is on the ipf suspension list, that's galina karpova.

*WOW* Now thats Impressive girl, Congrats and best of luck to you on your future Lifting,You're one strong GAL!

GREAT LIFTING... I KNEW U HAD IT IN YA!

This girl is strong! Watch where she ends up!

LOOKING TO SEE SOME BIGGER NUMBERS MILLER. THAT 500 IS CLOSER THENTHAT 400 IS!

GREAT JOB KEEP UP THE NUMBERS!

Wow Lisa great job!!! Would love to get back there someday.. Guess I have a new total to shoot for ~ LOL Am getting old though! You were all right,, divorced, disgusted w, all of the above~ but you know the need to lift never goes away... ;) Stay strong girl
