that is pretty cool, those are some huge and strong guys for being in the pen and without good nutrition or supplements,

420 raw bench for 220 lber is pretty good, he had what looked to be a 505lb squat also

wheres the deadlifting???

I couldn't find a clip that included the deadlifting although it was apparently part of the original show.

Greg Lowe worte an article on prison lifting. His reson for supporting it is because it is a stress releasing activity for the inmates and keeps them away from trouble.

Greg "Beetle" Lowe was one of the greatest powerlifters of all time. It is a shame no one knows him.

I never was for prisoners lifting weights.
To us on the outside it makes it sound like they are lounging around lifting weights.

After watching this video I have totally changed my mind. I think lifting is an easy way to work out some aggression. I have a friend that is a guard and he claims that he doesnt have much trouble with the prisoners that are lifters.
Lifting is a privelege and can be taken away if they dont act right.
It did me good to watch those guys.
