Diesel Weasel totals 1270

Max Misch (165) competed at the APF NY State Championships in Lindenhurst, NY.
He finished the day with a 1270 total (455 squat, 260 bench, 555 dead).
Max's total will be ranked #34 (Raw) on powerlifting watch (current) lifter rankings. Here is the footage of his lifts.

I was a huge fan of yours back in the day when you were a YouTube sensation with all your crazy lifting videos... you have always been 100% focused with maximal intensity and no one puts forth more effort...it has payed off... this is great work and a great raw total!

haha i have not seen that moniker in a long time! thanks for the chuckle. Nice total. Get ur elbows under the bar on squats, you are throwin yourself way forward. You are fighting urself needlessly. Fix that and ur squat will jump considerably right away.

I am also a huge fan of the DW!!!!!!!
In fact, the negative connotation of Max’s nickname is a fading memory at this point, as he is now known as a high-quality lifter!
Oh yeah, and that total should qualify him for Raw Unity 6!

I remeber sing diesel wiesel video's on getbig.com, I once postged there that the kid show's a lot of heart and if someone could ever train him he'd be successful.

the deadlift video's were my favorites. the video of him at the end of a drive way lifting on uneven plywood comes to mind. his squat has not changed much and neither has his intensity. congratulations "DW" your hardwork is paying off. We call young f'ked up lifters in our gym diesel wiesels but it seems now we need to come up with something else, DW is no longer the same lifter he once was. :)
