1015 was a joke! And 1100 was deep.
Prepare yourself for the worst, it's coming soon!

Great work. That was one of the better depth 1000lb plus squats i have seen in a while. I hope u kick ass in the meet. Also when u unrack that weight u r in control and not like all shaking like some guys do.
"Strength Through Character"

This should be a "how to" video for all those that claim they can't hit depth in gear. Henry took both of these to proper depth with no problem. Very nice!

wow was that 1015 in suit straps down?! crazy man

I have seen alot of squats that is one of the deepest most impressive geared squats I have seen. He took that down nice job a true squat master. Ken Ufford

Very impressive, clean lifts good luck at the meet!

This was fantastic. Best depth I've seen in a long time. The first squat was blisteringly fast. It looked like you came out of the hole fast with the 1100 then buckled forward slightly but still were able to muscle through it. Great work, and again great depth!

Henry is truly an athlete. He's not a one-trick pony (pardon the comparison), he has competed NASA, USAPL, APF, SPF, he's done raw, single ply and multi ply lifting, and he has excelled at all of them.
