White, Sappelsa & Watkins Deliver at Kalamazoo Carnage

Mike White, Dan Sappelsa and TJ Watkins turned in highlight performances on Saturday at the APF Kalamazoo Carnage in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
White (shw) ended the day with a 2,556 pound total to take the fifth spot on the Powerlifting Watch Lifter Rankings and register Michigan's biggest powerlifting total in history. White, who weighed in at 319 pounds, squatted 1,080 pounds, benched 650 and deadlifted 826 pounds on his way to the total.
Sappelsa (308) started his day with a 1,008 pound squat, turned in a 722 pound bench press and finished the meet with a 672 pound deadlift to total 2,402 pounds. The total ranks Sappelsa eleventh on the Lifter Rankings.
Former NFL player Watkins (shw) achieved a 2,198 pound total in just his second powerlifting meet. That puts the former Seattle Seahawk and Buffalo Bill at twelfth on the Lifter Rankings. Watkins ended the meet by squatting 876 pounds, benching 606 and deadlifting 716 pounds.
