Nice job, Mario! Congrats on the total!

Great job, Mario!

If you remember me, I'm Marco: we met at the Coppa Italia. I still have to send you an e-mail from October, ahah!

Next time an even higher total, big guy!

Do they allow touch-and-go in the USAPL?

He control thru the lift and that was a pause?

Turn up the audio. It was a quick call by ref but he followed the commands.

That was a fast press call for the USAPL, but Super Mario's got a lot of power on the bench! I like the gym logo at the beginning of the video too.

Congrats Mario! Excellent lift.

What was wrong with that deadlift? It looked as good as the first.

Do some rack lockouts Mario and that problem will go away.

Nice liftin Mario, That was a quick "press" command, but thats not youre fault, looks like you could have kept it down there as long as they wanted you too.

Thank you everyone for the kind words. I am honored to be mentioned on PL Watch!

great lifting! i really dont see what was wrong with that deadlift tho, maybe ill watch it again. nice solid total

My team and I worked that USPL meet and the judging is as nit picky strict as it gets. Congrats Mario, those were all solid lifts and that 645lb dead-lift would have passed in any other organization.

Best,
