Results have been posted for the APA Bench Press Nationals which were held on January 9 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Although the turnout wasn't as big as we would have liked, we had all had a great time. We have a new facilty for meets with plenty of warm up and rest areas. Bobby and Carol Ann Myers helped the meet run smoothly while also judging and prepping some of the lifters. As usual 3 of the USAPL's best lifters Jeff Douglas, Knute Douglas and Chris Tran were on hand to spot and load. Joe Ladnier, Eric Downey and living legend Carl Francis were also there to help. Big Raw bencher AJ Schroeder was nice enough to guest lift. Our next meet is the APA Raw Nationals on April 17th.

Thanks Andy. You know we just took over the gym Jan. 1st but we have some great equipment for powerlifting and a core of about 25 competitive lifters. We hope to host some big events in the future.
