She opened with 363 in the bench and made it look easy. The woman is awesome.

She just nailed 385 !

This is so rocking that RUM's got this streaming online !

Amy Weisberger is doing a fantastic job as well. April is going over 400 on her last lift. Wow.

WOW!!! Congratulations April on being the first woman to crack the 400 lbs RAW bench barrier!

Just saw the 402 bench. Unbelievable! Incredible day so far April! Congrats. Many other lifters doing some great things so far.

That deadlift was awesome.

I put April right up there with Harriet Hall among lifters who are simply incredible and inspiring. Congratulations to her and all the women who lifted today.

Unbelievable!

WOW!!!!

RUM clears all the smokes and mirrors and let us discover who is truly the strongest woman in the world!

Enjoy it for all its worth! How does it feel to be one of the strongest women on the planet? Amazing!!

Great job April! Hope to see you come to New Orleans in September to do the "Clash".

Thanks for the compliments. I was happy with my performance at this meet. I added wrong and didn't realize the last deadlift made it 1499 until later, otherwise I would have just gone for 562 since one of my goals was to total 1500. Most important to me was finally benching over 400 raw. I've been trying for that one since after I first hit 370 almost a year ago.

I'll compete again sometime in the fall probably. Not sure where yet. I want to just train for awhile and hit something bigger next time.

I didn't particularly like the way this meet was run and some things would definately have to change for me to compete at it again. It was definitely nice to have some people to compete against though, since most meets don't have as many women lifters as there were here.

I'm sure they want to keep the great lifters coming back - what would you like to see done differently?

Taylar has made a big improvement on the squat since her last meet. I think she'll be the next to squat 500 raw.

Check on my training log on Mark Bell's site supertraininggym.com if you want to know. I wrote it on there. I just don't feel like writing the whole thing again.
