Train like a Contender/And live like a Champion!

The RUM is rocking the house so far! (No surprise there.)

Al Davis for the win !

Big Al's also a 2 x MHP Kings of the Bench Hwt. Champ and a MHP's Clash of the Titans Hwt. Benchpress Champion. This is the third show he's gone over 600 pounds raw on the press and he's a national level NPC bodybuilder.

Here's his (bodybuilding) off season diet and workout program:

Way to go Adam Zehr too. It was great having Adam lift at our first Clash of the Titans and he's an incredible pound for pound bencher.

Much Respect,

Excellent live stream. I really enjoy having the announcer call out the weights in both kilos and pounds. Looks like a really well run meet. No surprise there, I guess!

Adam Zehr benching 2.75 x his bodyweight...raw....that's freakish strength!

Big congrats to Jo Jo Brasseaux-the only female competitor with a 264 bench! It was awesome meeting you this weekend!

The announcer you mentioned is Niko Hulslander of Garage Ink Powerlifting and owner of Vison Fitness of PA and EO Sportsgear......maker of the best Board vest in the business.
Niko is an awesome lifter and multi time champion.
He will also be the announcer again this year at the Arnold for Powerlifting.

Great job as always Niko !

Big up to my man Stan Barmore representing Greenville, SC! Way to go Big STan!

Yes, I talk with Al Davis regularly and I was planning on interviewing him in the near future. Hopefully other reporters do too.

Stay Strong,

Congratulations to Zehr. Wish Danny Thurman would have been there, I think he would have smoked the 181's. Here is a vid of Danny doing 405 off a 1 board.

Hey Mike DE Laval, I was watching on Ustream and noticed you were off center to the right on the bench. You may want to have your spotters make sure you are square and I think your lagging right arm lockout will clear up.

Also big props for Niko the announcer he was great at getting the crowd going and a great guy, going to be sure and try that Board Vest out, looks unreal especially for those of us who train alone.

This meet was ran great, first class!!!! I just missed my lockout of 441, joe hill is a great lifter i was trying to match his lift. I deff will be hitting 3 or 4 big raw meets this year getting my name out here!!

Big Congrats to Bjorn Moncur on breaking the RUM record for the 275lb weight class in bench press! This was his first meet and he put up 567 easily...Great work!
