A very deserving choice. However, Awalt and O'Donnell out-Wilks totaled Blyn at the Arnold and she didn't compete at Women's Nationals, where Ribic won best lifter. At the World Games, Ribic and O'Donnell beat her Wilks.

Fair,well there will always be drug tested events but never drug free. Do your homework just because someone is competing drug tested does not mean they are drug free. There are alot of good lifters in many feds. All the lifters above deserve credit for great lifts.

Chen squatted 457 and pulled 429 weighing 103 lbs. I believe her Wilks from world games was the highest ever. That was done single ply in a tested meet. It gets my vote.

Looking at the facts even though Im a Priscilla's fan I think the 2009 year belonged to Chen, she may not be that popular in the USA but single ply and drug tested she made 457 lbs (207.5) squat and made the best wilk ever. So with that fact the 2009 obviously belonged to her.
