Bill Ross Grabs 7th Ranked Press

Bill Ross (198-sply) went three for three to bench press 525 pounds on Saturday at the WNPF Sarge McCray Memorial and Lifetime Nationals in Bordentown, New Jersey. The press ranks Ross seventh on the Powerlifting Watch Lifter Rankings. He also hit his 480 pound opener and 500 pound second attempt.

surprised they didnt time you out. Not that I like that they do that, but you were way over their "1 minute to attempt from time bar is loaded" rule that they enforce.

Guess all feds relax at record time. Solid lift though.
