Glenn Baggett Wins LW BL at SPF Cell Block Classic

(updated to add squat video.)

Glenn Baggett (220) captured the lightweight best lifter honors yesterday at the SPF Cell Block Classic in Nashville, Tennessee. Baggett's eight for nine total of 2,205 pounds is good for eighth on the Powerlifting Watch Lifter Rankings.

Baggett squatted 970 pounds, which is good for the the fourteenth best squat of all-time. He added a 610 pound bench press and 625 pound deadlift, missing a 665 pound pull on his final attempt.

Putt this is my best total as well as my best squat at any bodyweight.

I want to thank jon Grove and the rest of the guys from NGBB for handling me and giving me great guidance.
