Congratulations Michelle. Great lifting again!!!!!

It was a great meet. I do need to correct my "highlighted" lifting, I did NOT do the meet RAW. I opened my bench only RAW for my 1st attempt, everything else was done in full gear.

Thank you for all the help of Ryan & Dana Celli & all my training partners & fellow lifters Jim, Steve, Andy, Jason, Jen, Fei, Ramona, Doug & Jason. It was great having all the help & support. I also want to thank everyone there that just stepped up to lend a hand. Josh Stottlemire, Scott Rowe, Nelson & anyone I forgot I am sorry, there were a lot of good people there.

It was a pleasure to meet Mark Bell & Scott Cartright & chatting with you guys.

Thank you guys & girls again,
John

I agree with everything John said, and say thanks to the same people. Jim, John, ANdy, Fei, and especially Ryan and Dana Celli who are truly selfless in the way the give to fellow lifters. Its one thing to train in the presence of greatness and another for them to actually help.
Mark Bell and SCott Cartwright were awesome, and Mark and Ellen made you feel special. All in all an awesome meet!!
