Great work Doc.

Great lifting. Lifts were very well executed. The third squat looked to be the only really max effort lift of the day. Maybe we will see more of Doc @ 148. Was this an 11 times bodyweight total?

Awesome lifting Doc! see you guys at Nats Imua, Live Mana

only 10.5 times bodyweight? he must have weighed in pretty healthy then. A large step up from 123 where he lifted for a while.

Great lifting, Doc. You look massive at 142.

Looks like the 148 class will have some action this year! Any early predictions?
1st- Williams
2nd- Holloway
3rd- Layman
4th- Matsumoto

Only 142 BW??? If this was your first meet at 148, look out 1700! Impressive squat and deadlift Doc.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Marcus Williams (1581 USAPL total). Think your talking about Hennis Washington he is not in the 148 class.

Don't forget 21 year old Mike Broussard and his 1546 at Jr Worlds in September. He'll be in the mix too.

It depends on what federation you are talking about!
