Congratulations Sabre! Excellent lifting. Now it's time to get ready for RUM.

Unreal.

Good job Sabre, no problem with depth anymore.

See you in Tampa.

Still the most awesome name in powerlifting.

9 for 9! It does happen!

Way to go Sabre, awesome lifting!

This is what I get for not scrubbing my YouTube Friends. ;-) But it was just another meet to ensure my technique was finally sound. I've only been compting for 18 months, and prior to my last meet, my technique sucked. I think I've finally got it now and can start working to up my numbers because I know I've got it in me.

What was nice is that Jon posted the link to my YouTube videos. I record every meet that I lift at and cut the videos for each and every lifter at the event. I'm about a dozen lifters into Saturday's meet and they are all on my YouTube page. Doc Holloway was simply awesome to watch.

And as always, my thanks go out to Ellen Stein and Pat Susco for teaching me everything that I know.

Now if I can just learn the Sumo deadlift...

Still looking forward to the return of Pat Susco at RUM 2010!!!

It was great lifting against you Sabre, although I did not see your lifts until I watched the video. Thank you again for the video of all of us.

Nice man, you keep raising your total every meet.

Who's your mommy? Great lifting my son....

Damn good total. Not far off the best ever drug tested raw 220 total.

Thank you Sabre for the time and effort you put into the editing of the video for all us lifters at the meet in Duluth, GA.
Have a great thanksgiving at your in-laws place.

Incredible lifting, Sabre!! Looks like 1700 at the Arnold may be a little conservative, eh? Proud to know you!

nice clean lifts...oh my, you can press more than me (or sq and DL for that matter):(

good job dude. who is your mommy? lol

Nice of a top flight lifter (or anyone else, for that matter) to tape, edit and post all lifts. For a while I thought he just traveled down with one hell of a big crew.

Sabre
I heard about you from Matt Gary and Ellen Stein but your lifting speaks for itself. Your lifting looks great and like there is plenty more to follow. Congratulations on a great meet (9 for 9) and an awesome total. Best of luck with your future training.
