The bench safeties (see 4:40) paid for themselves right there. Great to see them in the WPC.

Strong lifters!

Viva powerlifting!!!!

1. Love to see the bench safties at a WPC event. Should be mandatory at Nationals and Worlds.

2. Bolton spotting and loading before he competes? Man, he's the sh*t!

3. Interesting to see the two man back spot on the squat. I'd have to employ that at a whole meet and see if I like it better. Its the first time I saw it like that before. Seems like more would be better, but the concentration is on the bar and not the lifter. You control the bar and the lifter is protected indirectly. I want to try it sometime.

4. some ugly mugs for sure

Putt Houston.... now with Ridiculous BCWW

as far as I know, Bolton isn't competing.

Think he injured his quad a few months back

Some great lifts in there, looking forward to seeing some big numbers over the weekend

some pretty crazy calls there. judging by the lfiters positive reactions in some lifts, it meant the where white-lighted and there was all sorts of issues involved in why they should have not gotten the lifts.
