Congrats to big Joe Somma for busting up that bench press record!

Now with more " shut up and lift"

iceland? what, no russians?

Russians where there but didn't have enough to make a team.

Way to Papillion.....Congrats from Insane Iron

Congrats to all US team members!

Was there ever an "official" team named by the USPF? I know that Steve D had sent a few updates, but from what I remember the USPF said they would name the official team. Who was on the Official team?

The Icelandic team would like to thank specially Steve Loveall from the US and Paul Murphy for all the help.

When you meet guys like these you truly understand that we are all brothers in this sport. Thank thank thank you very much for youre help.

For all you guys that are ready to bash the lifts and federation,,, Come over and try some dryed fish from Iceland.

And a note to Chris Pappillon i am not as crazy as you are. !!!!!

With very kind regards from Iceland.

Valdi - You and your team are a great bunch of lifters (Except for that Sigfus guy; I have my doubts about him.). I was honored to help out however I could.

Our philosophy (at team Supertraining) is that we want to compete against lifters when they are at their best. So if helping you out brings out your best, then all the better. That way, whoever wins, it is a true win.

All that aside, helping out others is just the right thing to do and we're happy to do it.

Best regards to all of you in Iceland and bring on the dried fish!...but I want a beer to follow quickly.

Thanks Steve, I love you to man hehe.

This was a great experiance, and I agree totaly with the ST philosophy. Only true champions do think like that. I will try and make it my own.

I agree with Valdi on all, exept he is just as crazy as Chris.

Sigfus.

Valdi- i should have known not to eat the dried fish when Sigfus wouldn't go near it.

It was a great meet Steve Denison gave up family time to be there for us after a loss of a loved one. I respect him more than ever. It takes alot to do what he does. Can't wait to the american cup.

I would like this amended as Ireland placed 2nd not 3rd!

Thanks
