Could you post the Rhino Horn Routine?

Nice lifting Adrian, in the warm-up room, he was repping 405 like it was 50lbs, just rcently he did 405 raw for 18 reps..Hellava crew that oregon bunch.

Again, as always, an amazing performance Adrian. Great work, keep it up man.

I was amazed at how rock steady his 710 was even though he's unable to set his feet against anything. VERY impressive display of strength, power, and control!

Why?

Why?

Larsen was born with dislocated hips and club feet. The dislocated hips were pinned when he was a baby which has taken away much of his flexibility. As a result, Larsen benches with his feet straight out and off of the floor.

Thanks guys.

Thanks USPlabs and Titan
