Sir Charles the Fearless -- Mitch's reaction summed it up nicely after he watched your 3rd attempt: "He never gives up!!!" Whenever I think a weight is tough, I will think of how 380 lbs. suddenly fell on you, and you simply changed shirts and went back up there and got it. After your dad passed away. My dad passed on early last year, and I remember getting a squat workout in the morning of my plane flight down to FL for his funeral. It's like lifting the weight of the world off, when you lift weights, isn't it?? Thanks for the inspiration and example of "shaking it off" and getting the job done, no matter what! We were glad to be there and see it.

hey a great guy who truly loves the sport congrats friend.
