Video of Kirill Sarychev's 20th Ranked BP

Nick Zhukov has posted video of Russian Kirill Sarychev (shw) from Saturday at the WPC Raw Powerlifting World Championships in Rostov on Don, Russia. The 21-year-old pressed the twentieth ranked raw bench press of all-time, 628 pounds (285kg). In the process, Sarychev became the youngest presser in history to hit the 600 pound mark.

Sarychev added a token squat of 440 pounds (200kg) and a 661 pound (300kg) deadlift to total 1,730 pounds (785kg).

He then came back the next day to compete in the WPC Raw Bench Press World Championships where he claimed a 617 pound (280kg) bench, missing 661 pounds (300kg) on a fourth attempt.

Just squatting, benching and deadlifting heavy as fuck and training hard. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be searching for some secret like many on here do.
